Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Ship to KEF
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
